We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Nexora Kids Co. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at info@nexorakidsco.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide you with return instructions within 1–2 business days.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Exchanges

We're happy to exchange items for a different size or color, subject to availability. Please contact us to arrange an exchange.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned: opened teethers, pacifiers, or feeding items; items marked as final sale.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll make it right immediately.
