Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. During high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly delayed.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–4 business days
  • International Shipping: 7–21 business days (where available)

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to weather, carrier issues, or high shipping demand.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

We currently ship within the United States. International shipping availability varies by destination.

Incorrect Addresses

Nexora Kids Co is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Nexora Kids Co is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have been confirmed as delivered by the shipping carrier.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging.
