Lost or Stolen Packages

Nexora Kids Co is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the shipping carrier. If your package is missing, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can assist you.
